SUMMARY:

The Digital Campaign Coordinator supports the Digital Factory team in project managing the deployment of regional marketing campaigns. The Digital Campaign Coordinator will follow processes for aligning across all brands to ensure assets are ready for regional execution through all digital marketing channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Follow all digital campaign projects through internal tools for both Ecommerce and Brand campaigns

  • Keep relevant parties up to date and manage timelines to meet campaign deadlines and hit launch dates

  • Coordinate receiving assets for the digital factory to be used across the marketing channels (email, display, etc)

  • Keep track of short and long-term tasks and projects for the digital factory team

  • Responsible for raising and maintaining awareness of all project issues and risks

  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new commercial projects when applicable

  • Coordinate all promotional period schedules across all brands as well as by brand activations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:


  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience

  • Proven work experience in previous digital project roles

  • Understanding of digital marketing and Omniture Analytics or desire to learn

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Knowledge of latest trends including: demand generation, metrics and measurement and digital

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Able to multi-task and effectively manage several projects at once

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:


  • Solid knowledge of Google docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
