The Front Desk Receptionist at our Rock Hill, SC - Corporate facility will be helping our company provide security, assist in daily tasks, and maintain a productive and safe work environment. The selected candidate will be the first person our visitors will see when entering the building and having great customer skills is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities
Provide building security for both Rock Hill facilities and access levels to various employees.
Manage the front desk phone and respond to emails accordingly.
Manage the front door as visitors and/or employees arrive.
Provide guest badges as needed for visitors and provide instructions on how to sign in at the building.
Assist Facilities team in requests as needed.
Orders supplies for both Rock Hill facilities.
Book conference rooms for visitors as requested.
Assist Executive Assistant with duties and responsibilities.
Sort through mail and place them in assigned department mailboxes.
Assist various teams with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Education and Training
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience working at a front desk and providing security to a building.
Experience using a building security system.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to multitask and answer the front desk phone.
Ability to sort and assign items.
Proficient computer skills are required.
Skilled in working in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
