Job Summary

The Senior Network Engineer is accountable for driving results in 3D Systems' fast-paced environment. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing network infrastructure related hardware and software solutions. The Senior Network Engineer architects' solutions, monitors system performance, and troubleshoots/resolves issues in a timely fashion to ensure high availability and performance of the environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to: plan, organize, and document complex system design activities and to configure systems to be consistent with company policies/procedures; communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility; perform multiple tasks concurrently and proactively respond to emergency situations effectively.

Essential Functions

• Design, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco switching solutions including, but not limited to, technologies such as stacking, routing, VLANs, HSRP, VRRP, Spanning Tree, ACL's
• Design, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Viptela/SDWAN environments
• Design, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco routing solutions including, but not limited to, technologies such as static/dynamic routing protocols, VRRP, HSRP, ACL's
• Design, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco ASA/FTD NGFW solutions
• Design, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco WLC environments
• Configure, monitor and respond to LAN/WAN related alerts
• Assist with administration of common Microsoft stack such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and other Microsoft Windows services.
• Plan and lead infrastructure hardware lifecycle management process (upgrades/migrations)
• Establishes and maintains relevant documentation and diagrams • Assist as needed with other general IT related ta sks

• 10+ Years' relevant industry experience
• Relevant Cisco certifications or actively pursuing relevant certification tracks
• Expert working knowledge of Cisco routing/switching technologies including, but not limited to routing protocols (EIGRP/BGP), Viptela, ACL's, VLAN's, HSRP, VRRP, port configurations, etc
• Strong working knowledge of Cisco ASA, Firepower NGFW with AnyConnect
• Strong working knowledge of Cisco ISE
• Experience managing Cisco WLC HA environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windwos Server (2008/2012/2016/2019) operations systems, Active Directory, Security Groups, GPO's, DNS, and DHCP services.
