Job Description:

Southern NH’s award winning hospice provider is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The Community Hospice House is a very special environment, staffed by the very best clinical staff. We help patients and their families experience a dignified and peaceful end of life. If you have both the heart and skills to work with hospice patients and families, consider joining our team.  Opening is 24 hrs. a week on 3rd shift, 3 eight hour shifts.

Registered Nurse – Hospice House Job Qualifications:

• Strong skills in symptom management


• Experience managing oncology patients and those with co-morbidities


• Knowledge or experience with end-of-life care and hospice care is beneficial


• BSN degree preferred


• Will consider Associate Degree RN with relevant experience


• NH RN license and CPR certification


• Experience with EMR, we use Netsmart formerly Allscripts
