We have full-time nursing opportunities!  Our homecare division is split into teams so you can work closer to home!  Our current  openings are in the greater Amherst, Merrimack, Hollis, Brookline, Milford team or for the Nashua team or greater Manchester team.  These are  great teams of homecare clinicians, therapists and medical social workers with beautiful country side!  Positions are  Monday through Friday, one weekend every four weeks, two Agency holidays per year. Starting pay is based on education and experience with a $4.00 shift differential for hours on weekends. Should you agree to commit to work on our high census days Thursdays, Friday, Saturday and Sundays you are eligible for premium pay! Duties include:

• Assessing the patient and following a comprehensive plan of care for nursing


• Providing ongoing assessment/observation of patients, assuring an accurate evaluation of patient needs


• Maintaining current and accurate patient records


• Functioning independently in a home setting with minimal supervision


• Maintaining relationships and communication with patients, families, and care team


• Providing excellent customer service

Home Health Registered Nurse Job Qualifications:

• BSN degree preferred


• Will consider Associate Degree RN with relevant experience who have progressed in their career in an LNA, LPN role with homecare experience


• One to two years acute care experience with med-surg, IV skills, COPD, CHF, wound care preferred.


• NH RN license and CPR certification


• Experience with EMR, we use Netsmart formerly Allscripts
