US Remote, Work from home

Configuration Coordinator I is responsible for simple to complex configuration within the claim adjudication engine. Configuration requests will include, but are not limited to:

• Claim billing and benefit rules for all claim products and programs.
  
  


• Coordinate, define, and review configuration to meet change requirements as approved.
  
  


• Assists in documentation upkeep in cooperation with Configuration Supervisor and QA associates.
  
  


• Work configuration task independently with configuration design assistance from Configuration Specialist and Configuration Supervisor.
  
  


• Complete related work as requested.
  
  

Required Skills :

• Proven critical thinking skills.
  
  


• Intermediate skills in MS Office Excel and Access is essential.
  
  


• Strong technical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast -paced environment are essential skills for this position.
  
  


• A thorough understanding of claims and health care is essential.
  
  


• Experience with MC400 claims adjudication engine configuration is a plus. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Six Sigma, and Agile.
  
  


• Preferred skills in simple SQL queries within SQL server and/or DB2 SQL.
  
  

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement:

• 2+ year degree preferred
  
  

Minimum Experience required:

• 2+ years of healthcare claim rules and benefits configuration or quality testing oversight
  
  

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
