What you'll do on a typical day:

The XPO Logistics Human Resources Graduate Program is a two-year commitment designed to grow recent graduates into strategic human resources professionals. The program allows you to work on high impact projects including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Business Partnering and Talent Management and be part of HR solutions that help guide our business needs.

• Participate in a series of rotational assignments, lasting approximately 8 months each


• Meet weekly goals and objectives


• Learn the basic job functions, skills and qualifications


• Help to shape HR programs and processes


• Deliver real projects while working with and learning from professionals who are leaders in the HR field

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Willingness to travel to other locations as required by the program

• Strong time management skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience


• A passion for learning and an eagerness for sharing new ideas


• Knowledge on how to research best practices and network with industry leaders


• Ability to analyze data and simplify complex problems


• Demonstrated leadership experience


• Ability to work with little supervision and consistently take initiative to get things done
