Position Description

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of StandardAero's global compensation programs. The candidate will be responsible for working in a team environment to support, improve, implement and maintain Compensation processes and programs. This individual will serve as a contact for HR and business leaders to help address compensation issues and concerns and come up with business-oriented solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

-Work with the compensation leader on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, and implementation of new programs, including (but not limited to):
-Administration of the annual salary planning process for global business. May help configure and test the planning tool, coordinate communication to employees and managers, and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
-Responsible for the quarterly administration process of our broad-based employee bonus program.
- May assist with administration and audit of our management and sales plans.
-Complete the annual salary survey participation, for both local, national, and global surveys.
-Review and analyze survey results to help proactively determine areas of focus.
-Participate in job analysis and evaluation. Assist leaders with creating and maintaining appropriate job documentation.
-Generate necessary reporting and analytics related to compensation processes. Proactively anticipate customer (HR or business) needs and address. Make recommendations to leader based on findings.
-Assist HR managers and leadership with compensation related issues, by researching and recommending appropriate pay changes or range adjustments.
-Participate in on-going compliance activities related to compensation and job classification (i.e., Fair Labor Standards Code (FLSA), Employment Standards, etc.).

Position Requirements

-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.OR CANADA
-Strong analytical skills. Tenacious problem-solver.
-Flexible and open to feedback and other views.
-Process thinker with outstanding attention to detail. Strong organizational practices.
-Technologically adept with the Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
-Strong communication (oral and written) skills to a wide variety of audiences.
-Collaborative and responsible in approach to work. Able to manage multiple projects for multiple customers and stakeholders.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and private information.
-Degree in Human Resources or Finance, preferred.
-3 to 5 years of experience within Compensation field.
-Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
