A day in the life!


Support the definition, delivery, and success of WellSky products. Work with stakeholders to define product goals and execute development and delivery of solutions. Become an expert in translatinggoals into solutions.



  • Gather and document product plans by conducting market research and visiting clients/nonclients.

  • Work with stakeholders to document processes and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to arrive at consensus for user stories/projects.

  • Look for new ways to evaluate data and improve customer experience.

  • Communicate product enhancements and features to stakeholders based on understanding of

  • predictive analytics requirements and resources

  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams on product needs/functions/features.

  • Provide training/demonstrations of new features to cross-functional teams as part of Agile

  • handoff.

  • Conduct analyses of product features, including user behavior analysis, A/B testing,

  • segmentation/funnel studies, product-success metrics development, KPI's, and other product

  • performance metrics.

  • Manage projects from definition to release to maintenance

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


Do you have what it takes?



  • Ability to prioritize requirements and create user stories by understanding product strategy, plans,

  • and roadmaps.

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.

  • Ability to collaborate with software engineers to deliver requirements and prototypes.

  • Creative thinking; affinity for solving challenging problems.

  • Strong presentation/writing skills.

  • Collaborative mindset, creativity, and analytical thinking.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Business-analysis, product-owner, consulting and/or related experience

  • Agile Scrum experience

  • History of industry expertise through curiosity, drive, and experimentation

  • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making process


Preferred Requirements



  • Healthcare experience

  • SaaS, B2B, and/or enterprise-software experience

  • Figma or other prototyping solution experience
