Business transformation office (BTO) at Varian is responsible for driving large scale transformation initiatives that are aligned to the company with its business strategy and vision. Ideal candidate must demonstrate strategic vision and complete understanding of running transformation initiative involving people, process and technology. Candidate is expected to drive change management strategy which can be defined as any shift, realignment or fundamental change in business operations. Ideal candidate is expected to remove barrier to executions by aligning to the guiding principles of BTO organization

Here are some of the guiding principles:

* Manage executive alignment on transformational initiatives

* Lead and Create process and project vision

* Understand current process and drive future state architecture

* Challenge conventional norms and drive benchmarking

Some of essential skills are as below

Specific training, skills and experience needed to perform the job typically requires a BA or BS In business or computer science and seven (7) years' experience in ERP implementation or equivalent.

Familiarity with business process knowledge is required. Experience with Business Process Modeling Tools such as ARIS, Microsoft Visio or equivalent is required

The ideal candidate will have experience in many of the following areas:

Required:

• Has successfully managed all stages of large enterprise Project implementations, PMP certification preferred


• Hands on experience in SAP (functional or development) with experience in S/4 HANA preferred


• Has successfully managed change management and communication programs in a large organization


• Experience with conducting requirement workshops, business process modeling


• Functional knowledge of different business processes (like Quote to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay)


• Good Communication skills - ability to present to senior level executives


• Familiarity with reporting and analytical tools


• Strong communication, organization, problem solving and diagnostics skills


• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements


• Prior consulting experience a plus
