JOB SUMMARY The Intern is responsible for providing support on multiple projects within the assigned Research Department. The role of the Intern is also one of learning. The Intern is provided this employment opportunity in a professional setting to receive feedback from practicing Professionals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PEOPLE
Demonstrates the components of the ICARE values statement.
QUALITY/SAFETY
Maintains company records according to defined quality standards.
Follows all safety rules while on the job. Reports all accidents promptly and corrects minor safety hazards. Communicates with peers and management regarding any hazards identified in the workplace.
SERVICE
Coordinates projects identified by the program administrator/department director.
Seeks out assignments when projects are winding down.
Provides input and recommendations into process improvements, customer service approaches, and new services provided to management.
GROWTH/INNOVATION
Applies knowledge gained from educational background, project work, and problem solving for organization.
Responsible for producing a presentation of tangible company deliverables, of work and learning, derived from this assignment at the end of the 10-week internship.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS One year of college required and is actively enrolled in a degree program.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS One year academic experience at a college level;

Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in written English
