The FRAC Field Service Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and coordination of activities of field engineer(s) and field operators engaged in the installation, repair, and servicing of equipment and machinery. This position oversees the day-to-day operations in the field and will act as liaison between the office and the field. This position will work under the direction of an Operations Manager, with a dotted reporting line to a District Manager.
Detailed Description:
Supervise the day-to-day work activities of the field service crew performing routine services and ensure all customer requests and requirements are being met according to job specifications
Provide coordination in locating the job site, marking the locations of work tanks, and verify adequate room for equipment needed to do the proposed job design
Assist in coordinating and scheduling field service crew and equipment for completion of job assignments, establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules, and resolve work problems
Maintain and monitor proper equipment and inventory to ensure they are available when needed
Maintain regular contact and communication with all vendors to ensure services and 3rd party equipment is available for the job
Oversee the well servicing requirements to ensure work is performed in a safe environment and that all safety requirements follow Company policies and procedures
Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate procedures and methods for enforcing or interpreting established guidelines and practices, provide management with current job statuses, and to improve performance, quality and efficiency of operations
Address customer concerns or problems and recommend measures in resolving them to ensure customer satisfaction

Ability to travel as needed to other offices and drilling rig work sites, occasionally requiring extended travel to remote locations and/or overnight stay(s) outside normal office area
Must be able to work closely with others and under time-sensitive deadlines including potential emergency response situations
This position requires bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and crawling, walking on uneven surfaces, and climbing equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
8+ years' experience in the electronic/mechanical field or similar function
5+ years stimulation experience as a supervisor
Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver's license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company's vehicle program, policy and/or guidelines

This position requires the employee to work outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions typical of the area where the job is located, including dust, humidity, sleet, snow, rain, mud, cold, heat, wind, and other inclement weather. Working conditions for this position may involve exposure to varying outdoor conditions, including environmental chemicals, gases, noise, dampness, fumes, radiation and heights. Employee must be able to work closely with others in the confined area of the job, in a fast-paced team environment, and work independently when required or directed, taking initiative when necessary.
