Job Description:

Join our Tax team in our Jacksonville office. You will join as a contractor and support our businesses in the Americas in relation to the preparation and/or review of federal, state and local income tax returns as well as the provisioning for the income tax liabilities within the Americas.

You will be responsible for the preparation and/or review of corporate federal and state income and franchise tax returns (annual, quarterly, extensions) of entities within the Americas Region. These duties will include the preparation and/or review tax provision, effective tax rate calculations, taxable income and deferred tax computations as well as reviewing test tax basis computations based on balance sheet approach for book/tax differences.

You will need to hold a bachelor's degree, in accounting and/or finance, Masters in Tax and or CPA. Adept in Tax reporting processes in particular Foreign Tax Credit and Withholding taxes. Proven experience of working in tax processes. Be a mid-level experience person is required who understands and has an experience of working in fast paced projects with a proactive approach and having good stakeholder management/communication skills as he/she will be required to liaise with different stakeholders across regions. Team player who can work alongside with SMEs and help drive the project's agenda and who has worked on building a standardized process for FTC/WHT or similar implementation and is well acquainted with operating model changes, fixing upstream data issues, automation etc. Prior project / technology / BA experience a benefit.
