The largest medical facility in the region, Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) includes a full-service hospital with 318 patient beds. It serves as the region's healthcare hub, serving southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park and parts of Montana. EIRMC is home to aLevel II Trauma Center, aLevel 1 ICU(of only two in Idaho), and the onlyBurn Centerin the state of Idaho. OurERis the most experienced in the region. Position Type: Full Time 3 - 12 hour shifts per week. Successful candidate will be available to work 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. (rotation typically every 2 or 4 weeks or may work if preferred/available 7p.m. - 7 a.m. only). Rotation of holiday and weekends is also required.

Job Responsibilities:
The Pediatric Nurse is responsible for the delivery of evidenced based and family centered patient care to age birth to 18 years of age in the pediatric setting utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
*Care for children involving respiratory, cardiovascular, neurologic, hematologic/oncologic, endocrine/metabolic, gastrointestinal, renal, and other illnesses and diseases.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Requires
completion from accredited school of nursing
*Must maintain
current State Registered Nurse license or compact license,
*American
Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS)
and Certification
*Previous
pediatric nursing in an acute care setting is preferred but will consider new
graduates.
