We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Develop, maintain and execute test cases as per the test plan


• Attend and collaborate in all stand ups and planning sessions


• Work with upstream and downstream application teams to execute E2E test cases


• Coordinate troubleshooting of integration issues


• Execute System and Regression Testing


• Collect, review and validate test data


• Report and track defects to closure


• Contribute to continual improvements

Basic Qualifications:

• Three to five years of hands on experience testing web/client applications


• Experience in writing test scripts from scratch based on verbal/written requirements


• Experience with testing webservices, RESTFUL/SOAPUI.


• Experience writing SQL DB queries


• Experience working in a customer facing role communicating, verbally and written, with multiple stakeholders


• Undergraduate degree OR a combination of education and relevant work experience


• Ability to work Monday-Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, subject to change per client requirements.


• Ability to work overtime and work on weekends per business requirement

Preferred Skills:

• Application testing experience in a hardware migration project


• US Health Insurance domain knowledge


• Knowledge on NoSQL database, e.g. Mongo/Hadoop

Location & Travel:

Position can be remote. Travel to client site in Plano, TX may be expected once restrictions are lifted.
