Position Description
Supports and maintains all system interfaces at Northside Hospital. Monitors the Interface Manager system and all point-to-point interfaces on a regular basis. Maintains a working knowledge of all interfaced applications; maintains complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for all interfaces.Position Requirements
REQUIRED
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or other related technical field.
2. One year programming experience.
3. Experience with UNIX operating system.
4. Previous background in a team environment.
5. Network communication protocol background.
6. Demonstrated analytical and communication skills

PREFERRED
1. One or more years experience with interface development and support
2. Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
3. Excellent communications and customer service skills
4. Knowledge of Cloverleaf or similar interface engine application
5. Knowledge of basic computer technology (e.g., PCs, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office network protocols, software installations).

License/Certification Requirements: No

Work Hours: 8a-4:30p

Weekend Requirements: No

On-Call Requirements: No
