The Spinneret Technician's primary responsibilities will be to provide day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, and alignment for all spinneret equipment used in the production areas.</span></p>\n<p><span>Working closely with the Spinneret Specialist and Engineering Team, the ideal candidate will develop technical expertise in all areas pertaining to equipment directly or indirectly used in the MEDAL and IMS legacy spinning areas.</span><br /><br /></p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Serve as a safety role model; promote a high level of safety awareness; adhere to and support the continuous improvement of all safety practices / procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor work areas for unsafe conditions. Maintain good housekeeping standards in the spinneret lab and other areas where working.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in routine safety reviews (HazOps, PHAs, PSSRs, etc.) and promptly address any findings.</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete all assigned safety training. Proactively identify and address unsafe conditions in assigned work areas. Participate in the Behavioral Safety Program.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor and troubleshoot: evaluate status of spinning related equipment in the production areas, work with operators to monitor and track spinneret issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Review mechanical design.
