Bio-Rad's "Global Product Support Engineers" are responsible for providing high level technical product support for new and current Life Science Group products. Primary focus is product support which includes, emphasis on product quality improvement, corrective and preventive action, writing service manuals and service advisories, and continuous improvement of assigned product lines. Excellent technical writing skills are essential to this position. Other tasks include providing service training, support for new product development, phone and e-mail support to field service and service subsidiaries including problem escalation and resolution, creating documentation for service parts and tools. Interaction with R&D, Tech Support, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality Management, Field Service and Bio-Rad Service Subsidiaries.
