Position Summary:
The Corporate Paralegal supports executive leadership by managing and maintaining board, officer, and corporate subsidiary information, drafting corporate documents and board of director meeting materials, minutes and resolutions, based on attorney inputs, and assists with corporate subsidiary and affiliate formation and tracking. The incumbent builds processes and systems to support MultiCare management, governing boards and committees, including supporting Executive Assistant to the President and CEO in governance matters; helps maintain corporate records; addresses corporate governance issues; conducts legal research; schedules and prepares materials for board and committee meetings, assists in the selection process and on-boarding of new directors; serves as a liaison for corporate members, officers and directors and helps ensure compliance with federal and state governance laws.

Minimum Requirements:
Three (3) years of experience handling corporate governance and transactional matters for a company with multiple affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures and similar arrangements.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
