Mission:

The mission of the SaaS Sales Project Manager is to drive worldwide alignment on all SaaS opportunities in collaboration with the SaaS Sales and worldwide regional Sales management teams. The SaaS Sales Project Manager will be responsible to helping document, create, update, and review protocols to help streamline Sales efforts on the SaaS Sales team, helping create repeatable processes, while keeping worldwide Sales teams, SaaS Sales Management, and Executive Stakeholders aligned through effective communication on all high priority SaaS Sales projects. This role will report directly to the VP of Global SaaS Sales.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for driving internal and cross-departmental alignment, through documentation, analysis, and reporting on all worldwide SaaS sales opportunities

* Meet quarterly with each worldwide Sales management team and SaaS Director to track top multisite SaaS opportunities

* Track, maintain, and update repository of top SaaS Sales opportunities at the regional VP level for implementation forecasting tracking purposes

* Liaise with Implementation teams on forthcoming opportunities to allow for proper preparation and resource allocation

* Collaborate and report to VP of SaaS Sales, Director of FOLIO Sales, and SaaS Sales Managers on top opportunities within their respective areas which need assistance to close

* Collect customer feedback from regional Sales management on SaaS development requests from existing customers and prospects for reporting to SaaS Product Management

* Handle projects to help drive SaaS sales efforts as assigned, including assistance with new UI transitions and tracking/targeting specific customer profiles for FOLIO and Panorama

* Manage SaaS communication across EIS, including the creation and maintenance of monthly SaaS Sales newsletter, and submission of EIS Briefs content where appropriate

* Update and maintain SaaS competitive intelligence in CRM

* Manage win/loss tracking related to SaaS Sales go-to-market plans and assist Product Management in the creation of Pragmatic win/loss analyses

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ year of experience supporting selling efforts in a high paced sales organization and experience with EBSCO products and services

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate a proven track record of collaborating in a team environment

  • Effective communication (speaking and writing)
