The position will focus 70% of the time on hands-on technical support for our existing plants and capital projects. Key responsibilities include writing controls logic and repairing/streamlining existing systems for current and future facilities. The candidate would also be responsible for writing the code logic, managing scopes of work and subcontractors as the subject matter expert, and leading efforts for our current equipment skids that are sold internally and externally.</span></p>\n<p><span>The remaining 30% portion of the position would focus on overall program management for the business on instrumentation and controls strategy. As the subject matter expert, the candidate would represent this technology area for capital projects in the business and ensure consistency and standardization across the fleet of current and future plant sites. The candidate would also be responsible for the development of a strategy for instrumentation and controls systems and data visibility plan for the business, and implements against the plan. They must have the ability to conduct technology reviews to assess best demonstrated available technology and provide recommendations for implementation across the fleet.</span><br /><br /></p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing operations and capital project execution</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work through influence and deliver results, and champion change across the organization</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to conduct hands on work on the systems to reduce 3rd party costs for the business</li>\n<li>Capable of developing, implementing and supporting plant control system hardware, software and field instrumentation in an efficient and safe manner.
