TheManager, Client Experienceis responsible for the development and management of marketing strategies that communicate the value of AMN's solutions to healthcare clients. The (Solutions area) Manager, Client Experienceis responsible for evolving and managing the AMN client experience to drive brand recognition and engagement through digital and non-digital channels including the corporate web site, Pardot, Salesforce.com,digital forums, events and tradeshows, trigger marketing campaigns, SEO,SEM,and social media. The Manager, Client Experiencesupports client marketing activities including new business development and customer retention for one solution area. The Manager, Client Experienceis also a strong project manager who leads the development of an annual marketing strategy for their solutions area, gains alignment with solutions leaders and creates/executes against a formal content calendar. The (Solutions area) Manager, Client Experienceis also responsible for managing project specialists' performance success plan including objectives,priorities,and development.
Job Tasks:
Work with AMN client and sales teams to understand/define/refine key customer segments and their experience along the sales life cycle and to evaluate optimal communication channels.
Gather and analyze "voice of the customer" (VOC) and behavioral information gathered through multiple channels to understand needs and ideal client experiences.
Design and manage key protocols that streamline internal communication and external client brand experiences, including design of client social media growth plan across all AMNbrands
Work with AMN and client, sales and technical teams to identify the people, process, and technology capabilities required to deliver desired customer experiences inmarket, andbe the liaison to technical teams for the implementation of those experiences.
Develop metrics dashboards to track key experiences and communications.
Lead cross-functional project teams to implement and evolve key initiatives and collaborate with key specialists.
Manage vendors and related budgets.
Education, Certifications& Experience
Minimum Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree inMarketing, English or Communications
Minimum Experience:
5 - 9yearsmarketing experience
