Summary:

Lead activities of multiple cross-functional groups as the Project Manager for, Operations focused project(s). Understanding of operation's development processes and medical device design control requirements. The Project Manager is expected to be able to manage projects and/or programs with minimal guidance/coaching.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support or Lead Operation's focused project team activities for projects from initiate to close.


• Identify and help resolve issues to schedule, resources, scope, and risk assessment.


• Assist in developing, tracking, and reporting on project/program plan, status, change control requests, and deliverables.


• Support other Program Managers with leadership updates, presentations, and information sharing.


• Lead PMO projects to develop Project Management tools and processes for the team to reference for various project deliverables and best in class project execution.


• Coordinate and track activities/tasks and resources across departments as needed.


• Communicate project/program status to management and cross functional teams.


• Support Program Managers with establishing smartsheet dashboards and reports.


• Provide compliance report by auditing and analyzing project information in smartsheet.


• Drive / manage Engr. COs associated with technical projects and independently prioritize cross-functional review and approval of CO's.


• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey business information clearly and effectively through informal and formal documents, reports, and presentations.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Visio


• Proficiency using Project tracking and reporting tools such as Smartsheets and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefer relevant work experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.


• Prefer Program Management certification, i.e., PMP or equivalent.


• Medical Device manufacturing experience

Education Requirements:

• B.A. or B.S. in science, business, or equivalent is required.
