Job Description

TITLE: Parts Delivery Driver

Job Duties

• Delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
• Pick and stage materials for upcoming delivery's.

• Handles basic maintenance of delivery truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean and making sure required inspections are performed.

• Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department
• Assist service in picking up and delivering customer trucks when needed.
• Assist material handlers in moving parts internally
• Operation of a fork lift following company safety regulations
• Willingness to assist other teams members in parts in other material handling functions

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Work overtime including Saturdays, as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• CDL license is not needed but is a plus
• Fork lift certified
• Dot medical card

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand (sometimes for extended periods); walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 35 pounds. The team member may, at times, sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl (may be in confined spaces). The team member is expected to perform repetitive tasks using their hands, and have the ability to climb ladders and/or work in high places.
