Job Description:

Saint Anselm College, a private, liberal arts college in the Benedictine tradition, is seeking a full-time Chemistry Lab Supervisor and Chemical Hygiene Officer.

Chemical Lab Supervisor responsibilities include teaching chemistry laboratories including grading, prepping all freshmen and sophomore labs, ordering supplies, working with vendors, maintaining the department budget, and some instrument maintenance. Additionally, the position requires adherence OSHA and NH safety guidelines, maintaining the chemical stockroom, and monitoring eyewash stations, safety showers and satellite chemical waste sites in the Goulet Science Center. The Lab Supervisor will manage work-study students during the semester

A Master’s degree is preferred, but candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and teaching experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be able to assist the College to further its strategic goals for institution-wide diversity.
