Job Description:

Your knowledge about HTML code, aria authoring practices, testing with assistive tech and good inclusive design principles will serve you well in this role. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Identifying and suggesting potential solutions for accessibility barriers based on WCAG 2.1 standards and PDF/UA as well as compliance with other accessibility related laws
• Applying accessibility knowledge to a wide range of the firm's digital properties, including mobile applications, and digital documents
• Coaching developers and UX designers in one on one, small group, or large forum environments
• Using data on accessibility issues within products to identify, report on and drive improvements to the product features
• Communicate training needs and online resources
• Conduct training through existing and new materials

Detailed knowledge accessibility issues across a broad range of technologies including but not limited to the following:

• Practical experience testing for WCAG conformance using Screen readers and magnifiers
• Ability to analyze code for accessibility issues in HTML5/CSS3
• Word, PowerPoint, and other document standards
• PDF and other document standards (Nice to have but not required)
• Mobile accessibility on Android and IOS (Nice to have but not required)
• React/Angular (Nice to have but not required)
