Job Description
Identifies needs for planning, execution and control of organizational change projects. Recommends resource allocation and services to clients based on identified engagement deliverables, schedule, cost, quality commitments and strategic priorities.
Manages process for receiving, assessing, interpreting change and applying a consistent model to prioritize, rank and assign work to the appropriate work queues based on complexity, skills and type of work. Makes effective recommendations to managers and senior leadership based on projects received.
Helps determine client's organizational change issues and required deliverables. Defines resource needs, allocations and priority. Ensures availability of resources.
Develops organizational work/resource/quality plans, schedules and budgets.
Participates in preparing service level agreements. Helps manage client's organizational change expectations, satisfaction and adherence to agreements.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
