We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for a DTC Sales Managerto join our team DTC and Guest Services Team. The DTC Sales Manager will support the Direct to Consumer channels by identifying strategic opportunities for increased sales and data acquisition and conversion across all DTC channels. Execute DTC initiatives to align with overall brand initiatives and create a unified experience for all DTC channels operational support to drive revenue for online stores, clubs, tasting rooms (WA & OR), Private Client Sales and Corporate Sales.


What you will do:



  • Recommend strategies for driving traffic to retail tasting rooms via ecommerce & social media channels.

  • Develop, execute and manage Private Client Sales

  • Develop and launch DTC International Program for Washington and Oregon brands

  • Develop, execute and manager corporate partnerships

  • Partner with all DTC Channel owners to develop out the unified consumer experience and considering all touch points

  • Main liason to launch new programming across all DTC channels to ensure unified commerce experience for consumers

  • Lead Friends & Family Programming

  • Recommend strategies for driving club conversion across online and retail tasting rooms.

  • Develop consumer data acquisition and conversion strategies across all DTC channels.

  • Partner with wine club manager to identify opportunities to create specialized offers.

  • Develop specialized sales strategies in conjunction with Guest Services and Marketing Managers.

  • Partner with Digital Marketing team to leverage technology to drive sales and consumer data acquisition.

  • Develop segmentation promotional strategies to drive sales in the club, ecommerce and retail channels.

  • Partner with Marketing and Guest Services managers to leverage programs for ecommerce, club and retail opportunities.

  • Lead company Heritage moments across DTC channels


What you will bring:



  • At least five years' experience in both online and retail sales - preferably in the wine industry.

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing and retail operations.

  • Demonstrated experience using social media channels for marketing and consumer data acquisition.

  • Proven track record developing successful campaign themes and offers.

  • Experience identifying online buying patterns and post-campaign analysis.

  • Detail oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.

  • Experience managing and meeting multiple project deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Excel power user

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Must be 21 years of age.

  • Must be able to travel on occasion.

  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
