We provide community-oriented personal and business banking services to customers located in the greater Chicagoland area, northwest Indiana, and southern Wisconsin through more than 175 community bank locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support the VP Program Management with oversight of the compliance change control process, overseeing timely reviews by the appropriate compliance staff, completing reporting on the process, and recommending changes to improve effective and efficient reviews. 

  • Reviews and approves proposed marketing promotions, product disclosures, brochures, and website changes as the primary or second approver.

  • Assist the VP Program Management with new or revised products and services.

  • Assist the VP Program Management with new and ongoing vendor reviews as it relates to compliance risk. 

  • Oversee the Compliance Policy and Procedure inventory, updating to current templates, making recommendations on changes, and working with appropriate compliance leads to make required updates and submit for approval in a timely manner. 

  • Provide Compliance expertise for the corporate online training program and curriculum and report on completion rates. Oversee compliance training (internal and external) done in addition to online curriculum. 

  • Assist the VP Program Management with consumer compliance oversight of the WTFC non-bank entities.

  • Provide Compliance Program Management support to projects as needed, including risk assessments, regulatory changes, reporting, and exam management. 
     

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience related to financial services compliance and/or knowledge of banking operations

  • Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply regulations to operational processes. 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
