As a Relationship Banker you will build and retain meaningful relationships with your customers, using your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet their needs. In this dual role, you will contribute the success of the branch by:
Building lasting relationships with customers, discover their financial needs and tailor product and service recommendations
Partnering with Specialist (Mortgage Banker, Wealth Management) to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized needs
Assist customers set up self-service options to access their accounts
Requirements
At least one year experience in: Retail banking sales, or Financial services sales, or Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships and delivering results
Excellent communication skills - in person and over the phone - with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs
Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately
Demonstrate ability to make personal connections, engage and educate customers, ask open-ended questions and listen to establish trust and build lasting relationships
Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends
