Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Credit Risk Management is responsible for lending activities and related credit exposures. The group is organized by geography with teams aligned by industry and process. CIB Credit Risk Managers lead the client credit relationship in partnership with CIB Coverage.

Credit Risk Middle Office (CRMO) continues its expansion to broader Wholesale Risk Support including Country, Treasury Services (TS), Worldwide Securities Services (WSS) and Market Risk. CRMO supports the CIB credit approval and decision-making processes for the North America Credit Executives in the Risk Organization.

CRMO Relationship Manager (RM) acts as a liaison between Credit Risk and various support groups including Credit Risk Middle Office, Client Product Delivery, Controllers, Risk Technology and Risk Reporting. This role in CRMO RM team is to support requests for Wholesale Risk specific Reference Data (aka Control Data), conduct impact analysis prior to technology releases, and communicate Control Data changes to Business Stakeholders in Control Data Working Groups.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead bi-weekly global working group spanning across various Risk Stripes, Regulatory Reporting and Technology groups
  • Coordinate change management for reference data tables and engage different teams for apply changes to the QA/UAT/Production environment
  • Perform the annual select credit risk attribute recertification process
  • Attend and participate in various working groups across the technology areas on a regular basis to stay in the loop for ongoing projects
  • Define/enhance operating model and procedures for supporting ongoing requests as well as strategic initiatives
  • Manage multiple change management projects simultaneously which require collaboration with key stakeholders on a regular basis from planning to execution

• Maintaining strong working relationships with Risk Management, line of business partners, Operations and Reporting, facilitating effective communication, and working in teams to assess needs, understand regulatory requirements and execute the team agenda

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of work experience in Business analysis / Data management / Project management/Risk management
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization including senior executives
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and in a collaborative team environment with shared responsibility
  • Very detailed oriented; at the same time, being able to think holistically, creatively, and critically
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), team oriented who can work well and build partnerships with colleagues of various levels, across the different lines of business/functions
  • Overall strong desktop skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and offer solutions around tactical and strategic remediation
  • Experience with data analysis, including assessing consistency, integrity, and gaps
