Senior Associate; Content and Campaign Producer - A/B Testing at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Wilmington, Delaware

The Digital Experimentation team is focused on engaging consumers online throughout the customer life cycle. It is an entrepreneurial team with high impact and significant exposure across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

We are looking for an Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Analyst. The applicant should have strong experience in Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager Applications and how they integrate with each other.

• Ensures flawless execution of tests: demonstrated ability to build and execute A/B tests, Multivariate tests and Personalization campaigns in Adobe Target or similar platform
• Authors content variations in AEM for use in A/B tests
• Responsible for taking in test plan requirements and design requirements and producing A/B test campaigns end-to-end, from build though QA through launch
• Responsible for identifying solutions for building functional tests when technological barriers emerge

Required Experience:

• Ability to author experience fragments and mboxes in AEM 6.4 for use in Adobe Target
• Work with stakeholders to understand the content strategy behind the tests, which ultimately inform the end results to drive more conversions
• Responsible for creating content within both Public and Secure platforms and adhering to authoring/publishing guidelines/governance in all environments
• Ability to set up tests in Adobe Target, ensure tests are working properly, conduct regression testing and output results
• Define and improve common processes, procedures and framework guidelines for Adobe Target integration for use across multiple Adobe Experience Manager environments where applicable
• Ability to liaise with AEM Development to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve and determine root cause analysis with Adobe testing experiments
• Understand and participate in change control and change management processes with regard to controls, governance and audit
• A basic understanding of agile methodologies and continuous delivery

Must Have:

• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• 2+ years of experience in A/B and multivariate testing.
• 3+ years of experience content management in AEM or another CMS.
• Prefer knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager administration activities such as CRX packaging of content, permissions, reporting, publishing of config files, etc.

• Prefer ability to understand JSON.
• Ability to work in agile and familiar with JIRA.
