Job Description:

Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all Facilities Management services and communications with building representatives and building users, as required. Insures that all Facilities Management services in the buildings under their responsibility are performed in a professional, consistent and timely manner and within budget in accordance with the Facilities Management Division goals and objectives. Incumbent must have a working knowledge of building automation systems and CMMS systems. Incumbent is responsible for reviewing scheduled and emergency utility outages.Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of Operations & Maintenance practices and procedures in an institutional environment. Knowledge of CMMS and building automation systems. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered per University guidelines.
