3M is seeking to identify potential candidates for future employment opportunities.

3M is seeking to identify potential candidates interested in pursuing a career with 3M for internship and full-time opportunities in 2022.  Full time opportunities have a targeted start date of January 2022 or June 2022.  Internship opportunities have a targeted start date of summer 2022.  This information will help us to gauge interest from current 2021 interns.

Please be aware, as you consider a future career with 3M, positions are located throughout the US, and candidates are assigned to a work location at the time of offer. Candidates will be expected to relocate to the position location if they do not already live in/near the area. Relocation assistance is authorized for candidates who will relocate.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or possesses a bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale


• Previous internship experience


• Willing and able to relocate
