Job Description:

The Disaster Recovery Project Manager will be responsible for providing support and technical advice to the State in support of their recovery initiatives to include close out of Disaster Recovery projects.  In addition, it is preferred that the Project Manager can provide guidance and technical advice regarding the review of HUD housing options in determining the Disaster Recovery scope of work and policy is CDBG-DR and Program eligible. This role will be stationed in the Sacramento area. 

What HORNE Is Looking For…

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, additional experience in CDBG-DR/Housing Policy a plus


• Ability to manage production of work and deliverables.


• Ability to guide a team on a fast paced project with clearly defined goals.


• Financial experience is preferred.


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.


• Travel to disaster recovery locations 75 - 100% of the time. Remote and in person work is required.
