Review assigned accounts to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection.
Reconcile accounts to rectify payment discrepancies and cash application errors
Consult with agents and customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions. May correspond via phone or email
Contact customers for payment of past due accounts, resolution of discrepancies and other obstacles hindering payment of invoices
Prepare open invoice reports for customers
Prepare aging reports for agents
Prepare adjustment paperwork for rate discrepancies or to move invoices between customers.
Advise Collections Mgr. of red flags such as cash flow issues, customer finance concerns, etc.
Provide customers with invoice and POD copies upon request
