Your Role

Gensler's La Crosse office is seeking a Client Service Account Manager / Wisp Advisor to assist clients across the globe with leveraging the value of their real estate data through spatial analytics, interactive tools and technology.

As an Account Manager, you will interface with clients to help them get the most out of our space management software (Wisp) through system optimization, advising on best practices and acting as an extension of their real estate and facilities teams. This is an opportunity to apply your analytical and communication skills to help Gensler's clients make informed decisions about their corporate real estate. This client facing role provides top notch customer service and maintains excellent client relationships to uncover measurable results. A successful Account Manager will be curious, motivated, attentive to detail, and solutions driven.

What You Will Do


  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships


  • Understand and advise on data related to space and occupancy for a variety of organizations


  • Monitor and review client data and system usage to identify key metrics


  • Advise clients on best practices to get the most out of our software and services


  • Develop and maintain client knowledge such as industry, history, and both long and short term goals


  • Contribute to special projects, both internal and directly with clients


  • Share information and updates with the Wisp team


  • Coordinate client meetings and trainings via virtual meeting tools


  • Engage in Gensler's one-firm-firm culture and learn about other Gensler services


  • Maintain the Gensler voice and brand in written and verbal communications


  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth


Your Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 - 5 years professional experience


  • Corporate Real Estate, Space Planning or Facility Management experience preferred


  • CAFM/IWMS awareness preferred


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel


  • Self-motivator with strong organizational and intrapersonal skills


  • A curious, enthusiastic team player, and passionate problem solver with strong attention to detail
