eCommerce and Omni-Channel Commerce Manager at CAE USA in Sarasota, Florida

Role and Responsibilities

The eCommerce / Omni-channel commerce manager is a new role at CAE Healthcare and will lead our online commerce efforts. This leader will devise and drive the strategy to market and sell both directly to our customers via owned commerce sites and via 3PLs and channel partners including Amazon.

This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, manage, execute, and oversee our global online ecommerce portfolio strategy and build a best in class customer buying experience.




• Articulate key initiatives and KPIs for successful growth strategy.




• Secure and Manage relationships with 3PL partners and large channel partners like Amazon.




• Oversee content development to drive customer engagement and retention.




• Oversee eCommerce marketing efforts to drive traffic to commerce properties.




• Collaborate with product marketing & communications managers to ensure products positioning is optimized in all digital commerce channels.




• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to leverage best in class platforms to power secure commerce.




• Collaborate with customer support teams and fulfillment teams to provide a best in class customer experience throughout the buying cycle.




• Ensure divisional compliance with corporate IT and cyber security policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or equivalent combination of studies and experience.




• 3+ years of eCommerce experience.




• Experience with 3PL vendors and large channel partners including Amazon.




• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO campaigns




• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels




• Experience managing technical projects including web and mobile user journey mapping and user experience.




• Strong financial analytical skills.




• Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong presentation and interpersonal skills.




• Must be an organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.




• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and cross functional environment.




• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and outside vendors.

PREFERRED:

• Experience in the CPG or healthcare B2B sales.




• Ability to speak other languages is an asset but not required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
