Distribution Technician II
| Overall Job Summary |
| * To support the Distribution Department by receiving, preparing, cleaning, testing, configuring, purging, downloading, fulfilling, and shipping orders accurately and timely. |
| Essential Duties/Responsibilities |
| * Device Purge/Configure o Download and purge data from devices. o Scan and assign diaries to patient study. o Sort and remove nonworking devices for further evaluation and repair, if necessary. o Configure devices specific to patient prescription or study site, if required. * Order Fulfillment o Fulfill orders using the Work Order Processing systems. o Pack and ship orders using UPS or US Postal system, according to current guidelines. * Warehouse o Track/count consumable supplies and replenish, as needed. o Stow materials and keep warehouse organized and clean. o Perform receiving, transferring, and shipping of stock materials. o Use fork truck or lift truck safely to stow materials * Distribution Tech I duties, when required o Breakdown * Assist in bringing the packages to and from the delivery truck. * Breakdown kits and remove used materials. * Remove devices and deliver to next operation. * Clean, sort, and prep materials for reuse. o Kit Packing * Prep materials for kit packing operations. * Clean kits and pack kits accurately with the appropriate contents. * Sort consumable supplies for reuse or trash. o Device Prep * Scan and clean returned devices from patients. * Charge devices, if required. * Test devices using computer-assisted testing software to meet or exceed predefined testing criteria. * Purge data from devices. * Sort and remove nonworking devices for further evaluation and repair, if necessary. * Perform inventory transactions timely and accurately. * Perform software upgrades, when required. * Other projects and duties as assigned |

| Education and Experience Requirements |
| * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Relevant Work Experience: o Two years' work experience in product testing, inspection and inventory control preferred. o Experience with electronic medical devices, modems, electronic testing devices and simulators is a plus. o Order fulfillment experience is a plus * Licenses/Certifications: |
| Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
| * Knowledge/Abilities -Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Windows based applications and MS Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment o Ability to work accurately o Ability to work safely o Detail oriented and a team player essential o Sensitivity to patient needs and patient confidentiality o WE CARE - BioTelemetry based customer centric program |
