Manager, Learning and Leadership Development

Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do

• Lead and manage a geographically dispersed (North & South America) Team of 5+ L&D Specialists (facilitators, trainers, coordinators) and small team of contingent workers in the Philippines.


• Drives and measures performance to deliver high value results for the business.


• Ensures alignment of training resources to enable strategic business goals.


• Responsible for managing the development and delivery of SYNNEX Learning, and leadership development programs and content. This includes:
  
  
  • Onboarding and New Hire programs
  
  
  • Primary ownership for integration training plan/coordination on internal ERP system.
  
  
  • Providing Performance Consulting, oversight and guidance on functional/professional skills needs with a focus on business strategy alignment and enablement.
  
  
  • Platforms that support Learning & Leadership Development including LMS and eLearning content and other learning technologies
  
  
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of content as identified by Senior Leadership.
  
  
  • Support for internal workforce programs including performance management and development planning.
  
  
  • Integration of digital transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion competencies into all learning.
  
  
  
  


• Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to team members and others ad hoc.

Your passion is sparked by:

• Ability to collaborate on and execute Learning & Leadership Development strategy.


• Knowledge and application of adult learning theory and eLearning development.


• Demonstrated experience with Instructional design, delivery concepts and techniques.


• Ability to understand and improve workflow processes and linkage within the business.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills.


• Skill and understanding of learning platform delivery including Learning Management Systems (LMS).


• Successfully uses Performance Consulting to identify and suggest actions to improve performance.


• Proven ability to link learning with desired business outcome.


• Ability to coordinate complex events, resources and people globally and deliver at scale.


• Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships across the organization.


• Ability to deliver effective feedback and coaching.


• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS applications.


• Ability to evaluate and oversee deployment of new technologies in L&D as appropriate.
