A Product Specialist job in St. Louis, MO is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing dashboards and metrics that focus on API and System health checks, analysis, creating technical documentation and /or troubleshooting. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor degree or three plus years of experience. This is a very visible, contract opportunity with a growing company and has excellent upward mobility.

Product Specialist Job duties:

* Coordination with other Product Specialists within and outside of the team for troubleshooting and escalation documents
* Monitoring of dashboards and alerts within the location 360 enterprise ecosystem
* Creation of Diagrams that outline the architecture and workflows within the location 360 enterprise ecosystem
* Support and monitor API"s and Applications
* Collaborate with Data Stewards and Engineers to create robust and easy to follow troubleshooting diagrams and workflow documentation

Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree or three plus years of experience
* Support-focused environment
* Experience working in an agile organization with a good understanding of agile development and continuous deployment
* Ability to call an API using Postman, Python, or R
* AWS experience is a plus
