The Shared Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing the general administrative support to the plant including both financial and non-financial plant activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Non-Finance General Administrative
Collects and distributes mail
Order’s office supplies
Backup to the new employee orientation process.
Monitor Gate Entrance and assist with visitors as needed
Other general administrative duties as needed.
Plant Specific Responsibilities
File TLT and MLT paperwork
File, check, and log crating cost of MLT’s for international orders
Order Plant Propane
Order blank and pre-printed Linx Labels for Boardline
Balances daily production for all production departments, investigate discrepancy and key necessary corrections
Enter PID daily for all production departments
Set up new BOM’s and Routings as well as update existing BOM’s and routings for all production departments
Confidential Administrative Tasks
Maintains misc. employee information
Files reports, HR documents and monitors HR Inbox
Finance
Accounts Payable – assist with Oracle receiving and creating requisitions
Resolves invoice exceptions with Genpact
Tracks freight receivers for AP processing, General Bookkeeping
Tracks and logs syn gyp freight
Tracks and logs demurrage from CSX
Supports Financial documentation filing and maintenance
Supports month-end closing activities, as required
Backup to Shared Service Admin Finance
