Brand Manager, Pull-Ups®
The primary purpose of the Brand Manager position is to drive business planning and execution for the Pull-Ups® Brand total portfolio and contribute to the overall business strategy. This role will report to the Senior Brand Manager. Key customers include brand, sector and business unit management, R&E, customer development, agency partners, and product supply teams.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Plays a leading role in solidifying the marketplace position and marketing plans for the Pull-Ups® Brand
Develops and executes annual operating plans and marketing plans that deliver financial objectives and aligns with brand strategies
Assists in managing the A&CP budget to stay on track in delivering quarterly and annual financial commitments
Analyzes consumer data, market share and sales reports to understand brand performance, product health and to track progress against marketing initiatives and return on investment analysis for marketing programs
Participates in customer business planning process and collaborates with Sales Strategy team and Channel Development team to ensure delivery of net sales and market share objectives
Collaborates with Strategy & Innovation counterparts and directs the brand to ensure the brand promise and purpose is woven through all brand activities
Coordinates with eCommerce on development and implementation of activities in-field. Develop and deploy eChannel strategies for brand
Contributes to the development and execution of portfolio pack, pricing, trade promotion and distribution strategies
Participates in monthly brand demand reviews, capacity reviews, risk mitigation and incremental sales opportunities
Provides daily work direction to an Associate Brand Manager and leads his/her skill development through regular coaching
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Travel up to 10% of the work time. Travel may also include business travels via aircrafts and motor vehicles to various locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/related field and minimum 7 years prior marketing experience in brand management with CPG company.
Solid understanding of brand foundational tools, consumer insight identification, segmentation and target development
High familiarity with brand development planning, innovation and creative ideation processes
Strong skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities
Demonstrated capability of building a strong, positive, winning and caring team culture and build talent
Ability to craft vision and strategy and make it come to life with actionable plans
Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and compelling communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross functional teams to deliver strong innovation plans
Highly capable of writing/evaluating initiative and communications briefs
Demonstrated capability to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track
Entrepreneur can-do attitude to find ways to break down growth barriers.
Demonstrated positive energy to effectively represent brand internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications :
Graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Prefer 7 years of business experience in brand management with major CPG
Previous team leadership and or formal coaching/mentoring accountability
