The IT Learning BSA will work with business groups (including HR, Sales, IBX Operations, Marketing, Product and Legal) to define global requirements and to analyze, design and deliver appropriate solutions, and will manage projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams. He/She will partner with IT learning product owner, team leaders & HR to manage the learning architecture, and technology roadmap

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders from different parts of the business to rapidly analyze their needs and design high-level learning solutions that may include a range of low, medium and high-fidelity learning interventions, systems integrations.


• Demonstrate Design Thinking paradigms for each learning intervention; partner with eLearning designers and business owners, to define requirements


• Apply a strong technical foundation and drive innovative solutions


• Promote security, governance and privacy-first designs and practices across the learning and cross-application stack


• Manage SumTotal functional configuration, systems integration and annual product SaaS releases


• Manage SQL database integration and reporting interface for SumTotal Learning solution


• Build productive relationships with a global IT team, including product owner, solution architect, BSAs, developers & DBAs


• Support the evaluation, design and architecture of the Learning Technology Stack


• Drive operational changes required to support centralized service delivery learning team


• Stay current with emerging trends and practices for learning systems

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Learning technical Business Systems Analyst supporting business units globally


• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Systems


• LMS systems integration knowledge. 2+ SumTotal LMS version 18.0 and above and or Saba, Success Factors, Cornerstone. SumTotal experience is highly desirable


• Knowledgeable in SCORM, AICC, and/or xAPI content


• Experience working in an agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environment


• Integration knowledge of other Learning stacks such as Learning Experience Platform (LXP), Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), End User Technology (Zoom, Yammer, Teams) is a plus


• SaaS application functional configuration


• Delivering API integration solutions including planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying technology.


• Strong experience developing, testing, and delivering APIs and related technologies.
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of web services (including WSDL SOAP, RESTful)
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of API authentication (including API key, OAuth)
  
  
  
  


• JasperSoft reporting domains and database reporting using SQL queries is a must


• Strong experience with SQL Database, MySQL


• Experience with standard data formats (including XML, JSON)


• Programming / scripting (Javascript, CSS, PHP)


• Working knowledge of software used to develop in these languages


• Excellent writing and verbal communications skills


• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Agile methodology a plus.

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $96K- $130K per year with 15% bonus target.
