Job Description:

The Servers ensure that the guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The Servers take guest’s orders and serve meals and drinks. The Servers also assist the customers with special requests and food specifications. Work shifts vary from 6am-12am every day of the year, including holidays. Alcohol awareness certification and prior serving experience preferred, but not required.

• Prior customer service and hospitality experience is preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Shaner Hotels and Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER are seeking experienced Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Full-time positions available with benefits package.

Our restaurant, Panorama on Seven, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily to serve our hotel guests and the general public. Our staff provides mouth-watering food and drinks in a casual, scenic atmosphere. We expect our Associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. We look for staff who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
