The Human Resources Generalist is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to Chromalloy's Engineering Center of Excellence (ECOE) and Chromalloy's corporate functions. The role serves as an advisor and partner to supervisors in the effective management of their workforce through employee relations, performance management, change management, talent and succession management, learning and development, employee engagement, leadership development and resource planning programs.
Travel: The position will be split between Palm Beach Gardens (75%) and Fort Lauderdale (25%).Additional Information
