We have an excellent role based in our NY office for a Third Party Risk manager to join Group Procurement.
This integral role will support Macquarie's Supplier Governance framework, working with a broad stakeholder network across Macquarie to manage the third party footprint.
Bringing your execution focused approach you will drive this program as the regional lead for the Group Procurement Third Party Risk function across the US, ensuring operational effectiveness across the team.
Utilizing your collaborative mindset the role will be include partnering with, providing support to Macquarie's relationship managers by ensuring governance of suppliers is in line with Macquarie's risk appetite and policy including:
This will be further used as you work with internal risk and sourcing experts (Risk Management Group, Sourcing, Technology, Business Unit SMOs, Legal) to continually improve procedures, tools and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices for third party risk.
Your ability to produce and interpret data will be essential as you produce reporting and analytics over key metrics providing insights to regional management and global stakeholders. Reports will include:
If you have a minimum 6 years of either relevant risk management experience (compliance, operational risk or internal audit) in financial services or specific experience in developing Third Party / Supplier Risk function as well as practical experience with implementation of governance standards in supply chain then we would love to hear from you.
