Your Opportunity

• Understand the pain points of customers and implement processes that make it easy for customers to pay EmployBridge.


• Direct interaction with enterprise accounts to build strong relationships and understand the procure-to-pay cycles of our customers.


• Being the customer-facing voice for top-tier Employbridge customers, addressing complex account and billing issues.


• Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to EmployBridge customers.


• Working with Customer Service, Billing, CDS, NPG, and the Sales Team to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.Working with the customer to understand how they reconcile and pay invoices and providing valuable feedback to the business.

Your attributes:

• Minimum 2-3 years of collection experience required.


• High school diploma or equivalent; college accounting or finance classes a plus

• Collection experience in a variety of industries.


• Experience in high-volume, high-activity environments.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Intermediate Excel experience is a plus.

Characteristics, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates ability to perform all appropriate tasks within Collection Department.


• Assists in interviewing individuals for collection positions as well as ongoing training, leadership, and mentoring.


• Ability to manage their portfolio in GetPaid regarding day-to-day activities appropriate for collection of past accounts receivable assuring all functions are covered within guidelines established, elevating as appropriate to resolve issues timely. Requires minimal assistance from Collections Manager.


• Execute plan established with their Collections Manager to contact all customers within portfolio responsibility reducing A/R balances to meet A/R goals of Current A/R aging balance of 90%.


• SuperUser of the collection system to provide training and offer suggestions for enhancements and improvements for increased productivity and efficiency.

• Other duties as assigned.
