Research Associate II at Bio-Rad Laboratories in Hercules, California

Job Description:

Bio-Rad is looking to fill a Rearch Associate II position. This is a bench scientist applications position to support applications of new and existing reagents, assays, and instrumentation for life science research.

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing and conducting experiments which showcase the features of our products.


• Compile data and collaborate with others to prepare technical reports for internal and external presentations.


• Assist with establishing project schedules and project documentation.


• Participate in troubleshooting activities to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry or similar life science discipline.


• Knowledge and direct experience with cell culture or PCR is desired.


• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision, be a good team member, handle changing priorities and exercise good judgment.


• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including technical writing and presentation experience.
