Position Description/Overview:


Press Ganey currently has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Enablement Analyst.This individual will work as part of a team, developing the infrastructure that allows the account team to sell and support clients efficiently. They will be responsible for optimizing the functionality of our sales tools (Salesforce.com, Apttus, etc.), that will provide standardization of our sales process, increase visibility through accurate & timely reporting/dashboards, data scrubbing, lead process oversight, project management regarding IT projects, and more.


Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Optimization & Enhancements - Coordinate and manage the deployment of Salesforce features and functionality (roles, profiles and hierarchy). Support our applications post-implementation by providing training and reference materials to end users.

  • Reporting & Process Standardization - Develop standardized reports and dashboards, manage analytic snapshots, and the forecasting process information within Salesforce. Also, manage the rules and triggers for leads, quotas, territories, and other Salesforce functionality.

  • Project Management - Act as a project manager, gathering requirements from stakeholders for needed sales tool enhancements. Document and communicate those requirements to standardize our processes and inform IT of required development.

  • Participate in driving functional requirements / user stories & UX

  • Drive strong cross-functional cooperation between Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Sales Operations

  • Develop and deliver sales enablement assets based on sales enablement plans to support global sales community

  • Training - Develop documentation, presentations and other reference materials for end users, to ensure process and technology adoption.


Qualifications:



  • 1+ year project management experience or equivalent experience

  • Be Salesforce Admin certified or able to learn basic Salesforce administration functionality

  • Comfortable working with and supporting Sales and Marketing leadership

  • Comfortable leading presentations and delivering training materials to large teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook


Minimum Education:



  • Bachelors Degree or the equivalent of a 4 year college program
